Chili Recipe


2lbs ground beef

1 can of pinto beans, rinsed

1 can of diced tomatoes

1 can of tomato sauce

2 cups of broth (beef taste the best)

2 yellow or white onions

3 cloves of garlic

1 tsp of salt

½ tsp of pepper

¼ cup of chili powder

1 ½ tbsp of cumin

1 ½ tbsp of Paprika

1 tbsp of sugar free brown sugar (I like Lakanto Brown Sugar)


Ground your beef in a nonstick cooking pan. Add salt and pepper. Once fully cooked, drain the fat from the pan and set ground beef aside. Add the onions to the same pan and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes. Add the ground beef back into the pot.

Add all the rest of the ingredients and cook on a low to medium heat for 1 hour stirring now and then to insure it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Enjoy
