Chicken and Veggie Soup
2 cups of diced cooked chicken
5 cups of chicken broth or bone broth
3 cloves of garlic
1 ½ onions diced
1 cup of diced celery
½ cup bell pepper (any color you like)
3 cups diced potatoes
3 cups fresh cut green beans
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp of avocado oil
In a large pan add the onions, salt, and pepper. Cook for about two minutes. Add the rest of the veggies and cook for another two minutes.
Add the broth and heat to boil. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
Add the chicken and cook for two minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
